PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
YONAI Calcium Aluminate Cement CAL series are calcined with natural superior bauxite and limestone in rotary kiln. The main phase is CA and CA2. After carefully controlled grinded in the ball mill, the CAL series are endowed with the best particle size distribution and excellent quality to meet even the most critical demand of customer.
General Properties of CAL
Al2O3: 50%~55%
★High Early Strength, Fast Setting and Hardening. CAL can reach 70% of ultimate strength in 24 hours
★High Level of Hydration exothermic
★Performance well in low temperature
★Widely anti erosion of biological and chemical especially anti sulfate erosion
★Refractoriness will reach 1370℃ around, excellent thermal shock resistance property. If Better aggregate castable with CAL, the refractoriness will above 1500℃
★Widely used in monolithic castable, kiln furnace of steel, petrochemical, electricity, non-ferrous metal, building chemical, water treatment industry.
Specified Property of CAL:
CAL-1:
★Fast setting and hardening, short hydration exothermic
★Conventional Castable, medium high cement castable use.
★Widely used in anti Alkali castable, conventional high alumina castable and steel slag stop ball.
CAL-2:
★Superior bauxite, very low impurities
★Stable setting and hardening property, fast strength grow and excellent mechanical strength.
★Widely used in medium, low cement castable formula and excellent performance in high temperature.
CAL-3
★Super bauxite and high pure limestone as raw material, high Al2O3, very low impurities, outstanding refractoriness.
★Stable setting and hardening, good mobility, excellent installation property, fast strength grow, and super high mechanical strength.
★Widely used in low cement castable, ultra low cement castable also can be mixed with calcium aluminate cement (CA70,CA80,CA90) to acquire high temperature performance, higher mechanical shock resistance, abrasion and anti chemical erosion. Widely used in the lining of circulating fluidized bed, calciner , door and kiln eye of dry process cement kiln.
NOTE:
★Particle Size Distribution can be customized.
★Special Chemical and Physical requirement can be done. OEM welcomed.
★PACKING: 25kg woven bag, jumbo bag, pallet, plastic wrapped etc, can be customized.
★To control setting time well, normally forbidden to mix Portland cement , lime or any material can precipitation of gel calcium hydroxide, equipment must be cleaned before using.
★Pure water needed when mixed, PH should be around 7
★Do not apply on alkali liquid construction project.
★Experiment must be done before using water reducer.
★Pay attention to the impurities such as Fe+, S, Alkali, Cl- of aggregate.
★No wet in logistics and inventory, do not mixed stored with other type of cement.
