YONAI Calcined Kaolin sand(YSK) is of high Al2O3, low iron and low thermal expansion rate, high refractoriness and thermal chemical stability. The casting body made by YSK has good dry and wet strength, high temperature strength and good collapsibility. Castings are easy shelling, no deformation, not easy to scale, good surface finish, high rate of finished products. YSK is good for carbon steel, stainless steel, heat resistant steel and complicated precision castings. YSK is also good for aluminium, titanium lost wax casting.
