PRODUCT DESCRIPTION：YONAI Fused Cast AZS-36 Brick
YONAI fused cast AZS brick is so far the primary refractory brick for glass furnace. Our AZS brick is manufactured from premium zircon and alumina by melting in electric arc furnace, casting and annealing in annealing furnace. According to the percentage of zircon, our AZS brick has three variants: YAZ-33, YAZ-36 and YAZ-41. Each variant can be further divided into three types according to different casting method during production process, namely regular casting (RC), reinforced casting (RF) and void free casting (VF).
Our AZS brick features excellent corrosion resistance and extreme high thermal
strength, and is used widely in smelter sidewall, smelter bottom, corner,
cooling zone bottom, cooling zone sidewall and other areas with direct contact
with molten glass. Usage of different variants and different casting methods of

YAZ-36 is standard fused zircon-corundum brick with oxidation production process. YAZ-36 is of very high corrosion resistance to molten glass and very low contamination to molten glass. YAZ-36 is well suited for the part directly reacting with molten glass such as smelter sidewall, pave brick, material nozzle etc.
