YONAI Fused Cast α-β Al2O3 Brick is made of high-purity Al2O3 as main raw material, fused cast α-β-Al2O3 brick is manufactured by melting at 2000°C in electric arc furnace and casting. The crystalline structure consists of α-Al2O3 and β-Al2O3, which are interleaved in such way that the mechanical strength of the end product is highly enhanced. Presence of Fe2O3, TiO2, glass phase substance and other impurities in this product is kept at a very low level, so that it brings no contamination to the molten glass. Considering also the fact that it features comparable alkali-resistance as fused cast AZS brick, this product finds its application typically in cooling zone sidewall, and cooling zone bottom.
